Print

Use the Print option to print the timesheet(s), a cell comments report, and a revision audit detail report.  If you select the Line Comments checkbox, line comments will be printed in the gray area below the timesheet hour/cell information.  

Options

Print

If you are a supervisor and are viewing multiple timesheets, this drop-down box will display.  You can print a single timesheet by selecting the "Current" option or you can print "All" selected timesheets. You will not see this option if you are not a supervisor because you can print only your timesheet.

If you are a supervisor and have selected multiple timesheets, the default value for this field will be "All."

Line Comments

Select this checkbox to print line comments. They will print within the gray area below the cell/hours information on the timesheet report.  The default for this field is unchecked.

Cell Comments

Select this checkbox to print the Cell Comments report.  The default for this field is unchecked.

The cell comment report will print after the timesheet report.  If you print multiple timesheets, they will be sorted by employee last name with all reports printing for an employee before the next employee's reports are printed.

All cell comments for the timesheet will be printed in cell date, then line number order on the report.  

Audit

Select this checkbox to additionally print the Revision Audit Detail report. The default for this field is unchecked.

The Revision Audit Detail report will print after the timesheet report. If you print multiple timesheets, they will be sorted by employee last name with all reports printing for an employee before the next employee's reports are printed.

All revisions for the timesheet will be printed with the latest revision printing first, followed by earlier revisions on separate pages. The revision explanation that the user supplied when saving the revision will display in the heading. Then all detail for the revision will print in timesheet line number order. Other fields included in the report are the cell date, date and time of the revision, the name of the employee who revised the timesheet, and the system-generated detail revision descriptions.

Start/Stop Times

Select Start/Stop Times if you want to print the employee's start and stop times for the timesheet.

Submit

Select the Submit pushbutton to submit the report request to the Actuate server.    A ticking clock icon and "Processing …" will display while the data is being gathered for the report. A Cancel pushbutton is available below the "Processing …" line if you wish to cancel the request. Once the data is gathered, another ticking clock will display with "Loading …".

Once the loading is complete, the report(s) will display in .PDF format. You can print the reports from Adobe Acrobat if you wish.

The number of decimal positions printed depends on the class of the employee, as determined by the most recent employee history record.  If the System Administrator selected "Whole" as the Hours Increment value in the Basic Information tab in the Timesheet Classes screen, no decimal positions will print.  If the System Administrator selected "Half" or "Tenth," one decimal position will print.  If the System Administrator selected "Quarter" or "Hundredth," two decimal positions will print.

Cancel

Select the Cancel pushbutton to close the Print dialog without printing any reports.
